Your paradise stay is located on the pristine "WOLF RIVER". The loft is on the small town of Shiocton dead-end road. Just 30min from Appleton, 40min from Green Bay and 45min from Oshkosh. You will have private parking only a few feet from private entrance. Inside stairway to spacious 1600 sq ft unique and full of endless character.
Accomodations
Your river romance accomodations are designed for 2 or 4 adults (21 years +) and no pets . Full size bathroom separates two queen size beds. Kitchen consists of: full size fridge and sink, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, microwave, electric skillet and eating utensils. 12" pizza oven is in the game room. The game room has a farm table that seats four also with Wolf River view. Smart TV in the living room with Netflix and Prime video. Outside deck also has seating for four.
Other Things to Do
East deck has river, sunrise and evening golden hour views. West deck has sunset view. A short walk will take you to a deck on the river with seating. Eagle sightings are common. Campfire with seating to view Big Dipper is also available. A bike and walking public trail is within walking distance. Seasonal snowmobile trail cuts through this property. Snowmobile trailer parking close to your loft entrance available with request. A family restaurant and three bars are within walking distance. Shiocton shooting range is a 5min drive .
